After a long pre season we are back on the court and field this week and everyone is very excited for our first game of the year.
Off the field and court the club will again be led by president Chris Craig-Neal.   Chris and  committee are very enthusiastic and excited about the year ahead.
On the football field club legend and past premiership coach Cal Beasy will lead the senior side.  The senior group have plenty of numbers and have had a long but beneficial pre season and will hit the ground in good shape today.    We welcome new recruits and their families – Zac Mihocek, Jose and Elijah Miliado, Brandon Houlihan, Jye Hogan, Jacob Bath, Brodie Roberts and George Morgan.  The reserves will be coached by Drew Arentz and Charlie Hollingworth.  The reserves will be young and exciting to watch in 2023.  Our colts will once again be coached by Dean Bennett and Matt Wade.  Our colts are in great hands and will look to improve on last year.  Andy Graham and Scott Brown have moved up from the U12s to take on the U14.5 who are the reigning premiers.  We have new coaches in the U12s with Joel Lloyd and Lee Brown taking the reins. Jon Hirst will take on Auskick again this year with great numbers registered at this stage.
On the netball court we once again have our leadership team of Mads Nalder, Mollie Quin and Kelsey McCoy leading the coaching of our senior teams.  Junior coaches this year are U18 Lou Angus, U 16 Casey Frame who is also our junior coach coordinator, U14 Bianca Brown and U 12 Emily Patterson.  Thank you to these coaches for taking on these important roles.  Thank you also to Berni Foott and Kaylie Halligan for all of their work as netball coordinators over the off season.

The 2023 social calendar is now out with a number of highlights.  It all starts tonight with the tailgate party which looks like it will be a great night!
Over Summer the Riverside Tri was held. It was a great success one again with many entrants and it was a great event.  Thanks to Berni Foot and crew for their work with the Tri.
