Netball
A day of mixed feelings whilst playing against our neearest and dearest neighbours Quambatook with their recent loss of loved locals and the last time they will grace the Nully netball courts the saints were after a spark in their club.
The A grade was match of the day as their last encounter was only a 2 goal win to nully so coach Kasie Bennett was out for revenge. However the Maroons adapted to the new goal rings and windy conditions quickly and were able to increase their lead at each quarter. Ella Sheahan and Meg Fawcett ran hard all day and coach Lauren Thompson was thrilled with the win.

The B Grade girls also had a nice win and the ever reliable Jac Watts who makes goaling look easy also enjoyed Col’s new rings and took out the best on court after her 8 quarters of netball for the day.

The B Reserve are going from strength to strength with a lot of versatility in their side. Our pocket rocket Regan Kelly was again outstanding along with Gabby Ives and Tegan Devereux who are fitting into the Nully side very well.

A massive congratulations to all our girls that played in the last interleague tournament on Sunday in Bendigo in very wet, icy cold conditions. A credit to you all and your parents for your commitment shown over the last 5 weeks of travelling and trainings.
