A road trip to Ultima is always great fun, and they are happy people over there. It is a pity we must ruin the party today and defeat them to remain in finals contention and allow Moulamein to defeat the ladder leaders in the big dance. May the spirit of all previous Moulamein teams get us across the line today with a glorious victory by 45 points.

No hot dog last week. I had a lamb and gravy roll instead; if we were rating lamb and gravy rolls, this was a ten (10) simply superb.

Exciting times ahead in the Hot Dog Challenge.

It would be remiss of me not to mention the progressive dinner, which was a smash hit with all that attended. Delicious food from around the globe was presented, and I am informed that all had a wonderful evening culminating in a vast bonfire near the oval. Well done to all the organisers involved.
