The Raiders played their first away game for the season at Lake Boga and to say it was a disappointing day all round would be an understatement! Losses in all grades of football was not what we wanted however with so many players unavailable through Covid, injury or unavailability if puts pressure on all coaches to be able to field their strongest side. Nevertheless we will battle on and perform each week to the best we can!. As I said no wins in the footy, Seniors were actually in it up until the final change but fitness told in the end, Reserves and Colts both went into their games totally undermanned which was evident in the final scoreline.

Awards in the Seniors went to Col Mc Veigh (Raiders Man of the Day), Owen Uaongo (Royal Hotel Barham), Jake Dick O’Flaherty (Barham Hotel), and Jack Shannon (Nthn Tree Fellas.

Awards in the Reserves went to Danny Main (Wes Hare Spraying Services “Scooby of the Day”), Ash Molin (Royal Hotel Barham), Sam Barr (Barham Hotel), and Luke Fulton (Raiders Canteen).

Colts Awards went to Lachlan Laursen (Royal Hotel Barham), Riley Davis (Don Taylor Pen), Nick Frankling (Lanes Electrical Socks), and Josh Mc Mahon (Wilma Bott Canteen Voucher).

This week we return to Raiders Central and welcome the Tyntynder FNC, they are travelling okay at this early stage of the season. they have obviousy recruited well so we will need to be on our game, in all grades.
