Welcome all to Round 1!

Off the field and court the club will again be led by Chris Craig-Neal. Chris does a great job and has an enthusiastic committee who have been working hard behind the scenes to be ready for round 1. After 2 interrupted seasons we all hope 2022 will run smoothly and all matches in all grades can be played.

We had a fantastic launch night last Thursday with over 200 in attendance and close to 500 members signing up again in 2022.

On the football field Matt Wade and Darcy Ryan will again lead the senior side. Wadey and Darcy did a great job last year and with strong recruiting all is looking good for this year. The reserves will be coached by club coaching legend Hugh Foott who will be looking to develop our young players in the reserves. Our junior sides will be led by a very accomplished group of coaches with club legend Dean Bennett taking on the colts assisted by Matt Wade, Cal Beasy once again coaching the U14.5 and Scott Brown and Andy Graham coaching the U12s.

On the netball court a leadership group of Mads Nalder, Kelsey McCoy and Mollie Quin will lead the A Grade side. A Reserve will be coached by Jade Hunter and B Reserve by Milan McDonald. The junior coaches include Jacqui Scott in the U18s, Lou Angus U16, Karli McIntyre and Rom Kennedy U14, and a group of young players Georgia Craig-Neal, Alivia Andrews, Amy Simpson with Emma Doherty coaching the U12s.

We welcome all our new recruits and families to the club and wish them well when they step out this weekend.

The 2022 social calendar is now out with a number of highlights. We are looking forward to our stand alone Sunday Anzac Day game on April 24.

Over Summer the Riverside Tri was once again held and was another great success. Thanks again to Berni Foott for her efforts in organizing this great event.
